A. Where we ship
Pier Seven ships within India and to select international destinations. Available countries, shipping methods, and charges are shown at checkout.
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses where courier delivery is not supported.
B. Shipping origin (India / UAE)
We operate with fulfillment capability from India and/or UAE.
The shipping origin (India or UAE) may vary by destination, product availability, courier cost, and delivery speed.
Where relevant, we will indicate shipping origin in your order confirmation / tracking updates.
C. Processing time (order preparation)
Orders are typically processed Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays).
- Ready inventory items are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- If an item requires additional handling (e.g., limited stock movement, re-checks), dispatch may take longer.
If you need an urgent delivery estimate, contact us before placing the order.
D. Delivery timelines (estimated)
Delivery times vary by destination and courier:
- India: typically 2–7 business days after dispatch (depending on location).
- International: typically 4–15 business days after dispatch (depending on country, customs clearance, and courier service levels).
These are estimates, not guarantees. Courier delays, customs inspections, weather events, peak seasons, or local restrictions may impact delivery.
E. Courier partners & tracking
We ship using reputed courier partners (may include DHL / FedEx / Aramex / IndiaPost or equivalent).
Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email/WhatsApp/SMS (as applicable).
Tracking activation may take up to 24 business hours after dispatch.
F. Shipping charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout based on:
- destination country/city
- package weight/volume
- courier method selected
- promotional free-shipping offers (if running)
Some brands choose flat per-item international shipping; we may run similar promotions from time to time, which will be displayed at checkout.
G. Customs, duties & taxes (important)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
- If your checkout/confirmation states “Duties Included / DDP”, we will ship Delivered Duty Paid where supported.
- If your checkout/confirmation states “Import duties may apply / DDU”, duties are payable by the customer upon delivery.
Customs rules differ by country and can change. We recommend checking your local import guidelines before ordering.
H. Address accuracy & failed deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address, including postal/ZIP code and a reachable phone number.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal, or repeated failed delivery attempts:
- reshipping charges may apply, and
- refunds (if approved) may exclude shipping/courier costs and related fees.
I. Split shipments
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability and/or fulfillment origin (India vs UAE).
J. Lost, stolen, or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, notify us within 24–48 hours with unboxing photos/videos and packaging images so we can raise a courier claim and assist.
Time windows for raising disputes may be limited.
