All the items are subjected to quality checks/inspections before being packed and in addition to that a visual check of each item before sending it to the customer is also ensured. It is made sure that the items reflect the exact same product as represented, specifically in terms of color. Although, minor differences may exist between the image and the real product, that too with a very less probability.
ITEMS MUST FULFILL FOLLOWING CONDITIONS TO GET QUALIFIED FOR RETURN*/EXCHANGE -
1. Return/Exchange must be placed within five days of receiving the merchandise.
2. All labels and tags must be intact and attached to the product which is to be returned/exchanged.
3. Item(s) to be returned/exchanged must be unused, unworn, and unstained.
FOLLOWING STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED FOR RETURN*/EXCHANGE OF THE PRODUCT -
1. Reach out to our customer support email address** to initiate a return/exchange. No queries or requests over calls/texts will be entertained.
2. The captured image of the item must be attached with the e-mail.
3. The order number and delivery address need to be included.
4. An appropriate reason for the return/exchange must be written in the e-mail.
Terms and Conditions -
1. Return expenses are to be borne by the customers returning/exchanging the products. Only the products sent by the company will be borne by the company.
2. The company reserves the right to refuse a return/exchange after five days of delivery.
3. If the product is not in the same condition in which it was received, the company reserves the right to refuse the product.
4. After receiving the returned product, the final decision reserves with the company and next 24-48 hours are reserved for the same.
5. Refunds, once initiated, may take 5-10 business days to reflect in the respective bank account.
6. The company will not be liable for any incorrect information provided by the client.
7. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
8. Return or Exchange policy is not applicable on customized products.
*Return is only applicable if there is a manufacturing defect.
